The technology

CCM works with industrial partners to deploy standardized mineralization modules at emission sources — converting two waste streams into a marketable product.

The CCM process combines captured CO₂ with alkaline waste — fly ash, slag, kiln dust, C&D residue — in a continuous, exothermic reaction. The output is precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC), a product used in paper, packaging, plastics and coatings. Built on materials already used in heavy industry.

CCM delivers a project-based model designed for integration with existing industrial operations. In the first project, CCM carries the CAPEX — minimizing risk for the industrial host. For subsequent projects, the customer may carry the CAPEX, with a system designed for scaling and standardization across multiple sites.
